It's a mix, some are in action some aren't. we mostly use it as some sort of list for mangas we might want to do - if you have a cool manga that needs some love and is scanlated very badly / isn't scanlated anymore, feel free to make a thread in the raw section. We also send our translators there if they are looking for a project.

Burn layer thingy? hm..
Do you still have the action I gave you? If you have a different version of topaz, then insert your own version in there. How to do this; open the action's tab and in there you'll find it named something like cleaning action 1, or a name you gave it. Then in 'step 1' it'll say somewhere 'Filter -> topaz labs' or something like that. Delete that step, record your own topaz denoise version there with the same settings (1.15 for noise reduction, 0.25 for deblur.) and run it. then stop recording and your action is customized to your topaz Smile. The thing that comes up after topaz finishes, I'm not sure what you are talking about, in my action you'll have the background, wich is the raw and will only be used for reference and the background copy, wich is the denoised raw and the layer you'll be working on. You can optionally burn on another layer if you think you're gonna screw the burning up but I almost always burn on the same layer.

Ah, color burn? the action should automatically merge it down with the previous layer, weird. In any case, it kind of sharpens and darkers the pick a bit, It's one of those small things that make pages look that extra bit better. I think.
